Complaints Policy and Contact Details for Complaints

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service, such as incorrectly calculated prices or other shortcomings, you can file a complaint in accordance with Article 56 of the Law on Consumer Protection. You can file a complaint electronically via email at info@bridgeconference.net or in writing to the address of the conference organizer – Bridge Conference, Kisačka 5, Novi Sad, along with any evidence supporting your claim. You will receive acknowledgment of receipt of the complaint, either in writing or by email, depending on how the complaint was submitted. Each complaint will be addressed within 8 days of submission.

Refund Statement

In case of return of the goods and return of the funds to the buyer who previously paid for them using a payment card, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Bridge Conference is obliged to make the refunds exclusively through VISA, EC / MC, and Maestro payment methods. The bank will, at the request of the merchant, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.
