Miroslav Miletić launched his professional career as a stage manager of the former Happy Novi Sad stage (currently No Sleep stage at Exit Festival) in 2011. After obtaining a Masters degree in Strategic Event Management at Skema University, he acts as a program manager of Exit’s famed and acclaimed Dance Arena starting from the 2016/2017 season, ranked as one of the world’s best electronic music dance floors (to many the BEST).
His other notable accomplishments include managing regional projects of the multi-award winning EXIT Festival such as the Sea Star Festival in Umag, Croatia, Sea Dance Festival in Budva, Montenegro, Festival 84 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Get EXITed Strumica, North Macedonia, Get EXITed Ljubljana, Slovenia, etc.
