A dynamic and experienced leader within the international electronic music community, Victor de la Serna brings over two decades of industry expertise. Starting his journey as a DJ in London’s vibrant club scene, Victor quickly expanded his horizons to encompass roles as promoter, booker, A&R specialist, journalist, and artist manager, demonstrating a versatile understanding of the electronic music ecosystem.
After more than a decade influencing London’s dance music culture, Victor relocated to Madrid to establish and manage DJ Mag Spain, successfully guiding the publication for four influential years. His passion for global music communities then led him to Sydney, where he launched DJ Mag Australia, further cementing his international profile.
Since 2014, Victor has served as the Music Director for the renowned elrow Family, overseeing music strategy and talent curation across globally celebrated brands such as Florida 135, elrow, Monegros Desert Festival, and KER. Additionally, he is actively involved in artist management through his agency 974Management, representing prominent electronic artists, including Andrés Campo, Bastian Bux, Rendher or Luxi Villar.
Victor continues to shape the electronic music landscape through innovative projects, strategic industry collaborations, and his commitment to fostering emerging talent.
