Àgata Tantiñá is a multidisciplinary creative professional working across live events, audiovisual production, choreography, and stage direction, with extensive international experience in large-scale artistic productions and cultural projects. With a background spanning production, performance, and technology, she has collaborated on immersive shows, festivals, films, and multidisciplinary performances across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Over the past decade, she has worked closely with the internationally acclaimed performance collective La Fura dels Baus as Assistant Director, Choreographer, and Assistant Producer, contributing to productions presented in countries including Italy, Singapore, India, South Korea, Venezuela, Mexico, Colombia, Russia, and the Netherlands. Her work combines large-scale visual storytelling with movement, live performance, and audience experience.
Àgata also worked as Production Manager for the music video Malva Marina and served as Casting Director and First Assistant Director for the short film Tsunami. Alongside her creative production work, she has experience in design, festival production, and technology, including roles at Barcelona Centre de Disseny and Vendo Technology S.L..
She holds a Master’s degree in Film and TV Series Production and Direction from Makkers School, a Master in Stage Direction from Nave 73, and a Telecommunications Engineering degree in Audiovisual Systems from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to bridge creative vision, technical execution, and live audience engagement through innovative contemporary productions.
