In his ever expanding search to connect music, culture and sports, Dusko leads the artist development and marketing strategies for Sony’s Latin-Iberian music division; developing artist talent and profiles across non-Spanish speaking territories such as Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Africa and Canada.
A London-based, forward-thinking executive who thrives on the intersections of music, creativity, and service by blending creative storytelling with business strategy, and cultural insight with global expansion. With over two decades of experience, always focused on a long game, Dusko has helped artists such as Rosalía, Shakira, Enrique Iglesias, Rauw Alejandro, Jennifer Lopez, Maluma, (and many more) build out their brands to reach fans and consumers on a global scale.
Dusko’s passion for supporting the artists stems from a lifelong love of music, beginning his career as a DJ and promoter in the New York City club scene; thus leading to launching Latin Electronic label Orianna Records – under the Sony Music umbrella.
In addition to having a knack for signing, developing and marketing international talent, Dusko embraces the marriage of music and sports having worked on campaigns for FIFA World Cup, Olympics, and premier European football clubs.
