With over 15 years of experience in the music industry, Guillem Ruiz has held different roles throughout his career. He currently serves as Event Manager for Mixmag ae group, manages electronic music artists, and provides creative consultancy for industry projects.
He began his career in the mid 2000s as a graphic designer and art director, building a creative foundation that informs all his subsequent work. His professional breakthrough came during his tenure at elrow, where for more than 5 years he could witness the brand’s international expansion in his position as Head of Design. This experience gave him deep industry knowledge and enabled him to establish collaborations with professionals worldwide, paving his transition into event management.
Over the past decade, Guillem has directed and produced two major indoor festivals in Spain along with numerous electronic music events. He has also participated in international consulting projects, most recent one his collaboration with GREEN EXIT and EXIT Foundation.
Driven by a passion for innovation, Guillem stays ahead of trends and challenges in live music experiences, merging creative direction with operational excellence. His career is defined by a relentless commitment to elevating the industry’s standards.
