For the past seventeen years successfully managed full project life cycles with local and international partners being different types of organisations and institutions. Ida joined EXIT Foundation in 2017 as an EU Project Manager. In 2020 she was promoted to the Programme Manager position covering EU and CSR projects, events, and campaigns, and she was the initiator of the Green EXIT platform established in 2021. Her ten years’ working experience in South Africa and UK covered different sectors like advertising, multimedia, and film. Her educational background includes Graduated Manager for European Business and Marketing in Serbia in 2011, and Bachelor of Arts in French and Italian languages in South Africa in 1996. Also, she obtained the certificate for managing EU projects in 2008.
