James Sutcliffe serves as Global Chief Operating Officer at The Circuit Group, a leading international music management and entertainment company with operations in Los Angeles and London. The firm’s roster includes globally recognised artists such as deadmau5, Chris Lake, Fisher, Cloonee, and Sara Landry. James brings more than 15 years of executive experience spanning artist management, brand strategy, live entertainment, and emerging technology. Prior to joining The Circuit Group, he held senior leadership positions including Chief Marketing & Content Officer at LIVENow, where he led the delivery of award-winning virtual concert experiences, and Chief Innovation Officer at Seven20 Entertainment. His work on Dua Lipa’s “Studio 2054” livestream—which attracted over five million global viewers—was recognised with the Music Week Award for Live Music Innovation of the Year. James played an instrumental role in the formation of Circuit Capital, a $500 million investment fund launched in partnership with Create Music Group to support artist development and entertainment ventures. He is a regular speaker at international industry conferences including the International Music Summit (Ibiza and Dubai) and Amsterdam Dance Event.
