Her recent work has centred on the commercial and operational mechanics of ticketing, access control and payment systems: implementing the technology, integrating platforms, and analysing the data post-event. She now runs Lintel, an operations consultancy working with events businesses looking to turn their event data into commercial and operational advantage.
